Taking a Break

Dear Yogis,

Many of you are wondering what has become of me. Thank you for caring!

The simple truth is that I’ve had some issues with my health and general wellness lately which now require my full attention. It became very clear this past Saturday that I need to take a break from teaching.

It makes me sad not to be teaching but, as Dayna realistically pointed out, “This is life.”

I have Dayna’s full support to take my time and come back to teach when I feel well enough to do so.

In the meantime, you will be in the capable hands of Philippe Lacaille. He has been so kind to support my classes as a sub. Now he will take over as an understanding fellow yoga teacher and Ballantae resident. A match made in heaven!

I took my own advice the other day, with some deep breathing to calm my anxious mind. Guess what? It helped!

Please continue your yoga practice, Dear Yogis, as will I. Let’s make a deal to stay strong and healthy with yoga, family, nature, food and whatever else serves us for support.

May you be happy.
May you be healthy.
May you be at peace with what is.

Om Shanti!
